Cancellation Policy
A 30% cancellation fee of your booked appointment will be charged if not cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time.
Absolutely no refunds will be given at any point. I am still using my time and product. If you are unhappy with your service or would like an adjustment I will be happy to accommodate you within two weeks of your original appointment at no cost. Any changes after two weeks will be scheduled and charged in full.
